This printable is fantastic for working on fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination when using the pages with loose parts materials e.g. beads, buttons, gemstones or similar.

What's included:

This digital file contains 14 pages of snail themed loose parts/art mats to use in a range of ways. 4 pages include 3 colourful snails to a page. The other 10 pages have a single coloured snail to a page as shown in the photos.
Snail colours include: red, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, green, brown, white and black.

Ideas for use:

Use with loose parts e.g. beads, gems, shells, buttons, stones, items from nature to fill or decorate the snail shells.
Add in some tongs or tweezers for an extra fine motor challenge picking up the small loose parts!
Use with playdough - use the pages in a clear page protector with playdough and loose parts to decorate.
Talk about the letter Ss and the sound it says. Talk about how snail starts with Ss and name some other words that start with Ss too.
Use the white snail with art materials e.g. collage, watercolour paints, textas etc.
Use the white coloured snail with a white crayon to create a surprise pattern/picture. Paint over the top with watercolour paint to reveal the surprise!
Use with dot stickers or dot markers for a fun fine motor activity.
